At RX Projects we only collect the information we genuinely need. Each field is requested to protect our players, meet our legal obligations and keep our service running.

Protecting our community

Online games can be targets of harassment, fraud and cheating. Your name, date of birth and contact details help us confirm that a real person is behind an account and hold rule-breaking accounts responsible.

This information lets us review reports from affected players and act fairly when needed.

Turkish law and our obligations

Our company is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we process your personal data only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.

Age information is required so that we can correctly offer age-restricted content and apply legal protections for underage users.

We are obliged to retain certain records for legal retention periods so that we can respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Protection against bots and fake accounts

Automated bots and fake accounts harm the game economy and fair competition. The information we collect, together with rate limiting, email verification and behavioural analysis, helps us detect and block fraudulent registrations.

This keeps the environment safer and fairer for real players.

Optional fields

Fields such as hobbies, your reason for joining and how you heard about us are optional. We use them only to understand our community better and improve our service; leaving them blank does not affect your account.

Your rights over your data

Under KVKK you have the right to access and correct your data and, under certain conditions, request its deletion. To exercise these rights, use the contact channels listed in the Privacy Agreement.
