Data controller
The data controller for personal data processed in this service is RX Projects.
Data we process
When you create an account we process the following data:
- Identity details: first name, last name, gender, date of birth.
- Contact details: email address.
- Account details: username and a securely stored password hash.
- Profile details: nationality, country of residence, preferred language and your optional answers.
- Technical records: IP address, browser information and security related activity logs.
Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to create and manage your account, deliver the service securely, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations, relying on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK.
Retention and security
We retain your data only for as long as necessary. Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are protected with strong one-way hashing. Access to data is limited to authorised personnel.
